Similar to our White Bread Flour but the country version, Rustic isn't about big city, bright lights, rustic is about letting us see her roots, she's from the country, didn't you know? With flecks of bran running throughout the flour, rustic has amazing flavour and aroma. We like to use rustic for distinctively delicious loaves, rolls and baguettes.
